Meet your NHS Charity Team

Meet the team:

Emma (Charity Manager) (middle in the photo) –

I feel so lucy to be our NHS Charity Manager at CHFT. Not only do I make sure our charity operations and governance are ship shape, but I also manage our communications, marketing, and fundraising. Making a difference is really important to me, and I love seeing first-hand how our donors and supporters make a really big difference, improving patient experience and supporting our wonderful colleagues.

I am responsible for the Charity’s social media accounts and websites. I try my best to make sure that our online presence is welcoming and helpful, I really enjoy showcasing the wonderful support we receive and writing up case studies of things we fund. I also produce resources and toolkits for our events/campaigns. I love being creative and coming up with new ideas on how we can deliver our messages across to our supporters. Engaging with our donors is heart-warming, I like listening to everyone’s stories.

Emma-Leigh (Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator) (left in the photo) –

I am responsible for supporting our amazing fundraisers with their events, this can include helping them plan their own fundraiser or suggesting a training plan for their next half marathon. I love to see how passionate every fundraiser is and see their achievements, not just achieving their fundraising goal but also their personal goals. I am always here to support them and guide in any way I can. I also help plan our events and come up with new ways to raise vital funds for our trust but am always happy to listen to any ideas or suggestions anyone may have.
